Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, clearance items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at +33 7 68 38 05 35 or via email at support@electrahome.fr to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Securely package the item, including the RMA number on the package, and ship it to: ElectraHome SAS, 17 D Rue de Molsheim, 67000 Strasbourg, France. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping fees. For defective items beyond the initial 7 days, please refer to our warranty policy for further assistance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the original product is received and inspected, subject to availability. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
